　　Thank you(hereinafter referred to as:user)for choosing Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.Please abide by the provisions of this service agreement(hereinafter referred to as:this agreement)during the use of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.

　　Before accepting this agreement,please be sure to read the entire content of this agreement carefully,especially the terms of exemption or limitation of liability,applicable law and dispute resolution.If you do not agree to the content of this agreement,please stop using our Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.services immediately.Any use of your behavior will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement,and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions therein together with the operator of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.

　　I.Definition

　　Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.Service:refers to the online transactions and related technical support services provided by the operator of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.to users through the official website and client of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as:Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.and related services).

　　User:A natural person,legal person or other organization that obtains authorization and number through the authorization and pass account registration method provided by Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.

　　II.Intellectual Property Statement

　　All rights(including copyright,trademark rights,patent rights,trade secrets and other related rights)of all technologies,programs,data and other information(including text,icons,pictures,photos,audio,video,charts,color combinations,layout designs,etc.)of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.belong to the operator of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.or are legally authorized by the operator of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.Without the permission of the operator or right holder of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.,no one may use any content in Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.by monitoring,copying,disseminating,displaying,mirroring,uploading,downloading,etc.through programs or devices such as robots and spiders.

　　III.About User Information

　　1.Users should provide true,complete and accurate user information when registering,and update user information in a timely manner.True and complete user information will serve as the basis for Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.to provide more services and the premise for users to obtain legal protection.

　　2.If the user fails to provide true,complete,accurate or timely update user information,the user shall bear all losses and responsibilities caused by this,including but not limited to:loss of account password,account disputes with others,etc.

　　IV.Notices on the use of the platform

　　1.Users should ensure that the information provided when registering,logging in to Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.and using the services of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.is true,complete and accurate.

　　2.Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.Pass Account:

　　(1)The ownership of the Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.Pass Account belongs to Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.,and the user obtains the right to use the account after completing the registration application procedures.

　　(2)The right to use the Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.Pass Account belongs only to the initial applicant.In order to protect the security of user information and account,users are prohibited from transferring,inheriting or renting the account.If Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.finds that the user is not the initial registrant of the account,Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.has the right to recover the account without assuming legal responsibility to the account user.

　　(3)If there is a dispute between users regarding the ownership of the account usage rights,Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.will make an independent judgment based on the initial personal registration information.If the real owner cannot be determined due to personal data defects(untrue,incomplete,etc.),Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.has the right to recover the disputed account,and the relevant losses and responsibilities shall be borne by the user.

　　(4)The user shall be responsible for the safekeeping of the Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.pass account and password,and shall be fully responsible for all activities under the account and password.

　　(5)If the user does not use the Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.pass account for a long time after registering it,Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.has the right to reclaim the account to avoid waste of resources.

　　3.Since the operator of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.is the sole copyright owner of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.,it has the right to provide users with paid licenses in accordance with the law.Users shall not directly or indirectly rent,sell or share(paid/free)Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.services(including free trial services).For accounts that have shared,Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.will no longer provide any subsequent after-sales service.All disputes and losses caused by private transfers by users shall be borne by the users themselves.At the same time,Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.reserves the right to pursue legal liability against users who violate this agreement.

　　4.If the user finds system loopholes,program bugs,etc.,he/she should promptly report to the customer service of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.If the user exploits system loopholes,program bugs,etc.to seek improper benefits,Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.has the right to take measures against the relevant accounts,including but not limited to clearing improper gains,blocking accounts,etc.

　　5.If the user is under the age of 18 or is a person with other limited civil capacity,he/she should read this agreement and use the services of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.under the guardianship and guidance of the legal agent,and the legal agent shall complete the registration and use the services of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.on behalf of the user,and bear the legal responsibilities and all consequences arising therefrom on behalf of the user.

　　6.If the virtual goods are damaged due to the fact that you enter the wrong account/account binding mobile phone number,the wrong amount,improper operation,or do not understand or fully understand the recharge billing method,etc.,resulting in the wrong account,wrong recharge amount,wrong recharge type,etc.,the losses caused by this shall be borne by the customer,and our company will not make any compensation or compensation.

　　7.After the order is successfully shipped,the user must promptly click the confirmation button on the order interface.If the confirmation is not made within 2 hours,the receipt will be automatically confirmed.

　　V.Prohibited User Behavior and Responsibilities

　　1.Users should use the services of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.on the premise of complying with the law and the provisions of this Agreement.Users shall not carry out the following behaviors when using the services of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.,including but not limited to:

　　(1)Unauthorized deletion of all copyright information and content on Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.and other copies.

　　(2)Unauthorized reverse engineering,reverse assembly,reverse compilation,etc.of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.

　　(3)Unauthorized use,copying,modifying,linking,reprinting,compiling,publishing,establishing mirror sites,and unauthorized use of software to develop related derivative products,works,services,etc.for Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.

　　(4)Publish,transmit,disseminate,and store content that violates national laws,endangers national security,national unity,and social stability,or any inappropriate,insulting,defamatory,obscene,violent,or any content that violates national laws,regulations,and policies.

　　(5)Publish,transmit,disseminate,or store content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights,trade secrets,or other legal rights of others.

　　(6)Use any data or information that contains images or photos obtained by Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.by infringing trademarks,copyrights,patents,trade secrets,or other proprietary rights of any party.

　　(7)Perform any behavior that endangers computer network security,including but not limited to:using unauthorized data or entering unauthorized servers/accounts;entering public computer networks or other computer systems without permission and deleting,modifying,or adding stored information;attempting to detect,scan,or test the weaknesses of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.’s systems or networks without permission,or other acts that undermine network security;attempting to interfere with or undermine the normal operation of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.’s systems or websites,intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses,and other acts that undermine and interfere with normal network information services;forging TCP/IP data packet names or partial names.

　　(8)Use the services of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.to directly or indirectly engage in or be involved in any money laundering,selling stolen goods,concealing criminal proceeds,gambling,malicious hoarding,or other acts that are expressly prohibited by law.

　　The user shall bear all responsibilities for all liabilities caused by the user’s illegal use or violation of this agreement,and Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.and its partners have nothing to do with it.If Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.and its partners suffer losses,Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.and its partners have the right to demand compensation from the user,and have the right to immediately stop providing services to the user,retain relevant records,and reserve the right to cooperate with judicial authorities to pursue legal liability.

　　VI.About user privacy protection and disclosure

　　Respecting and protecting the privacy of user information resources is a consistent system of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.When using the services of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.,the user agrees that the operator of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.collects,stores,uses,discloses and protects the user’s personal information in accordance with the published privacy policy.The operator of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.hopes to clearly introduce to users how to handle user personal information through the privacy policy,so it is recommended that users read the privacy policy in full to help better protect the user’s privacy.

　　VII.About legal liability and exemption

　　1.Users understand and acknowledge that Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.involves Internet services,which may be affected by unstable factors in various links.There is a risk of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements due to force majeure,computer viruses,hacker attacks,system instability,user location,user shutdown,and any other network,technology,communication lines,etc.Users will bear the above risks by themselves,and Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.and its partners will not bear any responsibility.

　　2.Users understand and acknowledge that Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.and its partners will not be responsible for economic losses caused by communication line failures,technical problems,network,computer failures,system instability and other various force majeure reasons of third parties such as telecommunications departments.

　　3.The third-party software or technology that Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.may use is legally authorized.Any disputes caused by third-party software or technology shall be resolved by the third party,and Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.shall not bear any responsibility.Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.does not provide customer service support for third-party software or technology.If users need support,please contact the software or technology provider.

　　8.About the pricing rules of platform products

　　The pricing rules of the Chinese service platform of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.follow the provisions of the”Price Law of the People’s Republic of China”and the”Rules on Government Price Setting Behavior”,adhere to the principles of scientific,fair and transparent pricing of commodities,and are formulated based on the social average cost of relevant commodities or services,market supply and demand conditions,and consumer affordability.The final sales price of all commodities on this platform is composed of commodity costs,platform service fees,payment channel fees,taxes,etc.,specifically:

　　(1)Commodity costs are mainly the purchase costs paid by this platform to suppliers;

　　(2)Platform service fees are mainly service fees charged by Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.for providing commodity recharge services to Chinese users around the world;

　　(3)Payment channel fees mainly refer to transaction fees charged by third-party payment channels that cooperate with this platform;

　　(4)Taxes refer to various taxes and fees paid by this platform to the state tax authorities in accordance with the law.

　　IX.About value-added services

　　Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.or its partners will provide users with various Internet value-added services related to this software,including free and paid value-added services,based on the development of the market and technology.Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.or its partners reserve the right to charge fees for related value-added services and change charging standards and methods;if the related services are changed from free to paid services,Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.and/or its partners will notify in an appropriate form,and users can choose to accept or refuse paid services,and guarantee that when using paid services,they will pay fees in accordance with the relevant charging regulations of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.and/or its partners.If you refuse to pay or default on fees,Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.or its partners have the right to stop the service and recover losses and compensation in accordance with the law.

　　X.Risk Warning

　　1.Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.may be disturbed by various security issues,such as others using user information to cause harassment in real life;other software downloaded and installed contains viruses such as Trojan horses,which threaten the security of users’computer information and data.Users should strengthen their awareness of information security and user information protection,and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid losses and harassment.

　　2.Any other software,website,program,etc.derived from Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.that is not authorized by the operator of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.or officially released by the operator of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.is illegal.Downloading,installing,and using such software,websites,and programs may lead to unpredictable risks.All legal liabilities and disputes arising therefrom have nothing to do with Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.Users shall not easily download,install,and use such software,websites,and programs,otherwise,Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.has the right to terminate the user’s account.

　　Users can only log in and use the services of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.through the official website of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.and the legal channels provided by the client.Users shall not log in and use the services of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.through other methods that are not authorized by the operator of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.,including but not limited to illegal compatible software,programs,or other methods that are not explicitly permitted by the operator of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.,otherwise,Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.has the right to terminate the user’s account.

　　XI.Service Adjustment

　　The user understands and agrees that the operator of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.has the right to adjust the service content of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.according to the development of the Internet industry,after notifying the user in advance in the form of an announcement.

　　12.Changes to the Agreement

　　The operator of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.may modify this Agreement from time to time in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations and the need to maintain transaction order and protect consumer rights.The modified Agreement(hereinafter referred to as”Changes”)will be notified to users through system announcements or other appropriate means.

　　If the user disagrees with the changes,the user has the right to contact the customer service of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.to provide feedback before the effective date of the changes.If the feedback is adopted,the operator of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.will adjust the changes as appropriate.

　　If the user still disagrees with the effective changes,the user shall stop using the services of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.from the effective date of the changes,and the changes will not be effective for the user;if the user continues to use the services of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.after the changes take effect,it shall be deemed that the user agrees to the effective changes.

　　13.Others

　　1.If any clause of this Agreement is partially or completely invalid,it will not affect the validity of other clauses.

　　2.The interpretation,validity and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of the People’s Republic of China.If any dispute or controversy arises between the user and Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.,it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.If the negotiation fails,the user hereby fully agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the court where the operator of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.is located.

　　3.The operator of Wuhan Songyou Technology Co.,Ltd.reserves all rights to interpret this agreement.
